LIFE COACHING

When I first heard about life coaching I was extremely sceptical about not only it’s benefits, but also whether or not I needed it in my life at all. Because I work long hours, my spare time is precious, and so I was reluctant to part with even a small portion of it for something I wasn’t sure of. I decided to give it a try though, as I figured I had nothing to lose.

WELL! It is possibly the best thing I could have done. Life coaching not only opened my eyes to all the misconceptions I had about myself and my past as well as my future, but it is also changing the way I react to situations and people I come across. It has shown me that I can have the exact life I want, simply by reaching out and taking it.

Carol as a life coach is an inspiring teacher. Her zest for life, and sheer enthusiasm and joy for what she does, is reassuringly convincing. One can’t help trust someone who lives what they teach.

In my time with Carol I have benefited not only from her knowledge and training, but also from her contagious joy in life as well as her unconditional generosity.

Carol has helped me realize how being unclear can impact my life negatively and how much of an energy drain incompletions can be. She has shown me how to source within myself the skills I need to get clear and complete, not only with myself but also with those around me. Through working with you, I realised that my subconscious was just not on my side due to all the times I broke promises to myself and others. That the only way I was going to get a strong self image was to be true to my word which the weekly assignments helped me to put into practice. I also gained new skills in the areas of communication and self expression.

I really always thought that I was a very good communicator but couldn’t understand why I always came up with so much resistance from the person that I wanted to communicate with the most. If it had not been for you, I would have probably never have been able to see this.
To think back, I find it empowering that you never “told me what to do”. I gained answers by your unshakeable belief in me that I was whole and complete.

This also makes me feel that even though our sessions have ended, I still have the resources available within me to create the life I want. Now when things get a bit rough, I stop and pause, I observe myself and I can pick myself up again. I have hope and an anchor within that will be hard to destroy.

I really love how you do share your experiences, as it creates an awareness in us of who we are, through who you are, and it reinforces that we are all human on a human journey, it is not wrong or bad it is just that, and it is our dedication to creating something out of that journey that is something to be honoured.
