As a life and relationship coach, I am passionate about partnering individuals and couples on their journey of personal transformation so that they are empowered to live an life they love.

I am entrepreneurial by nature and have managed my own successful graphic design business for the past 12 years. I draw on a wealth of experience from the knowledge I have learnt through studying and my own personal life experience.

I studied to become a life coach with Creative Consciousness International and completed the Landmark Forum and Advanced courses. I have also studied astrology under Rod Suskin.

I recently relocated to the beautiful town of Knysna, where I love being a part of the community spirit, along with the peace and quiet that revitalises my soul. When I am not coaching, you will find me relaxing in the nature, feeling sea sand under my toes and planning my next adventure. I am continually learning about life, love and relationships through parenting my ten year old son Sebastian.
